Lady friend just got a new Beetle
Hello, my girlfriend just got a 2000 2.0 with a 5 speed MT. Its got 150,000miles and its in AMAZING shape.

I appreciate it but don't thank me, thank the previous owner. This car was cared for in a way unlike any other daily driver has ever been cared for.
I've got service records going back to the original date or purchase. In some cases the car only went 1200-2000 miles between oil changes. No corners have ever been cut in caring for this car.
I'm told the woman who owned it cried as it was driven away.
