Is there a vw sales guy on here? One that actually knows the answer to why we can't order a TDI Beetle with LED headlights/tailights like they can in the U.K.? Seriously, incandescents are a bit old for a 2013 model now. Toyota low end crap has rear LED tailights. In other countrys you can even choose which Beetle wheels you want out of the entire line. What is up with the North American marketing?

The dealership actually told you these weren't available at all? The packages on the web sites don't always match up with what the dealer can do.

I have three dealers in my area and none would have the headlights added. They constantly repeat that they don't come that way and you can only buy them the way the package is set up etc...And of course, North America doesn't get rear LED tailights at all.

With the news of VW "R" line models we'll probably have to wait for a Beetle TDI "R" just to get the LED Bixenon headlights added. This is likely why they won't install from the factory to the standard TDI models at the moment. VW marketing never makes sense. You should get what you ask for not VW combo meal version. Pay more now get less.
