Anyone ever replaced the lock down motors? I have one not operating and considering doing it myself. Seems pretty straight forward just looks like it'll take some time to get the rear quarter panel out to access.

You've got to get the rear interior quarter panel out. I think it is 4 torx screws that hold the unit in place. When you go to replace it, have the top opened and the unit in the lock position, then have some one kind of push down on the top a little and then tighten the torx screws back. This way when the top is locked, it gets snugged down and won't rattle.

Assume the rear seat needs to come out, this is VERY easy.

Pull up on the front corners of the seat bottom, it will snap loose, then fold forward and release the rear guide rod.

Then unbolt 2 bolts to remove the seat back.

If the headrests are in the way, they pop straight off the roll over bars, then you can likely get to the rear interior panels.
