I am noticing oil around the exhaust manifold(?) where the bottom of my 2.0's intake manifold bolts in. I think the lower intake manifold gasket needs to be changed. But I can't seem to find any info on this job. I suspect it's pretty simple, but I don't want to make assumptions.

About a year ago I replaced the valve cover gasket. That stopped oil leakage onto the engine block from the valve cover, and while it was off I put in a new upper intake manifold gasket just for good measure. With oil accumulating on the exhaust manifold now though, I'm pretty certain the lower intake manifold is shot.

Do I just unbolt the whole manifold with the 6 or 8 hex bolts, swap in a new gasket and be done with it? Or is there some other stuff I should know?
