Cylinder 4 Misfire Detected: so, you could check that cylinder specifically.
Lots of possibilities; read the above links, to start doing some testing and a process of elimination. You have just about; replaced everything that controls the engine! Did you use; high quality parts for: maf, wires, coil, spark plugs, sensors etc. poor quality parts, can cause even more problems and complicate, you troubleshooting process!
A "hard" reset; can never hurt, remove positive and negative battery cables, touch together for 30 seconds and re-install.
One thing; that I noticed, you didn't do... was clean the throttle body and realign/adapt using VDCS. Maybe, after all these years; it might need to be realigned? Worth a shot; people have mentioned fixing poor idle issues by doing this! Aside from that; it seems to me, #4 cylinder misfire is your primary issue, you need to figure out.
What scanner; are you using (hand held, VCDS lite, full etc.)?
Using VCDS: choose: control module: engine: measuring blocks: channel 019? Should show misfire counter and show which cylinder is the problem. This would be in real time (engine running); so, it would confirm #4 and eliminate other possible misfires. Other channels; show more info, just click on the button and click the "up arrow" to see more info, on other channels.
