My wife has a 2002 VW Bettlebug which she has been the only owner and has 67571miles on it.Around December 28th of 2005 the engine light came on and we took in to the dealership thinking it just needed a service which was about due anyway.A day later the dealer calls and said that the ignition coil needed to be replaced and all costed about $750.We get it back and a week and a half later the check engine light came on again.I took it to Autozone and they did some test and it revealed the #po411-secondary air injection system incorrect flow detected. My questions are #1. Is this problem related to my previous one,#2.What does po411 mean? #3what am I looking at in terms of how much it should cost me? please help:confused:

Not sure about the second one - might want to post that question in the "Problems and Concerns" forum.

The Coil one though - I would check next time you stop by the service department and quiz them about the Recall they had on the coils and what year/model that covered. I'll look and see if I can find reference to that in the old forums.

Check this thread for engine types involved in the recall...
