What is your opinion on the powerflex poly bushings; on your suspension rebuild? Some have gone with solid rubber bushing for the trailing arms; on the subframe from the seat cupra, rather then poly bushings. Thoughts?

I installed some poly bushing on my front control arms; i ended up, having to use energy brand grease, to get them, to stop squeaking.

I am about to upgrade my shocks and struts; how would you describe the Bilstein B6 ride quality, performance characteristics and would you recommend them to others? Thanks.

Hey, one LAST question about your suspension setup; you said, that you are using Eibach springs with the stock height! Are these just stock replacements or performance springs with no lowering in height? All the Eibach springs I can find; are "sports" springs and lower the vehicle. Any info or part #'s appreciated; looking at the Eibach catalog, they show this: Eibach 8567.140 Pro-Kit Performance Springs. Sorry, to keep asking but I would like some performance springs but keep a similar stock height. Thanks.

Wow, nice R&D and CAD/3D modeling, prototype printing work! Would this be the stock air box “snorkel”; so, there is “cold air from outside and water doesn’t’ go into into the intake, causing hydro locking of the pistons? Are you using the stock air-box or a aftermarket type? Many have said, the stock new beetle/mark iv vw air box; is actually pretty free flowing and has the benefit of getting true “cold air”; from the snorkel system, which gets air from outside.

You seem very skilled with body work and customizing things in your New Beetle! Are you a professional in the automotive repair or performance tuning trade?

My daughter has an '03 Beetle GLS.

We're trying to find interior parts here and there but, we can't find the right color.
Whenever we order something beige/tan to match. It is always darker than the original.
Her interior is a lot lighter. Almost a cream color.

Is there somewhere I can find the original color options for interior and exterior?

Thanks for any help
Wow, you have made a lot of progress since your last updates in 2023; is the car running and
on the road yet?

Can you make a video of you driving and the engine running, the exhaust sounds that would be awesome! It would be cool to hear and see your upgrade results! Have you done a Dyno test yet? Congratulations, on your project completion; it sounds like everything has turned out well and you’ve done amazing work!

ps: can you post more overall pictures of the cars bodywork and the interior work?
