No Left front & rear parking light & Left Rear Light

Hello all. I'm perplexed. I have a 2001 NB and suddenly I have no left front & rear parking light & left Rear Light. In other words, this is only occurring on one side of the car. Now I've read post where some people have a similar issue but their parking light remains on after the car shuts off. I do not have that problem. When the car is off all the lights are off. Can someone tell me whether this is a fuse issue or what, or simply guide me on how to rectify this? Please!! I've scoured Google and have not found anyone with exactly the same issue.
