Been desperately trying to track down the culprit of a P0455 large evap leak code.. The car has no drivability issues. The code will make my check engine light come on about every 100 miles. I've replaced gas cap, purge valve under the hood and secondary air pump since mine was shot.. I've checked for cracked lines in the evap system. I'm at a complete loss at this point, any suggestions would be much appreciated.

Well, you have your work cut out for you; evap system leaks, could be tested with a smoke machine or pressurizing different areas to find a leak. The most common issues; seem to be the gas cap seal and the p80 purge valve, which you have replaced. Here is a thread with info; that might help you understand the system and how it works, possible ways to start narrowing down your leaks.
I'm afraid; there are no "magic bullets" but troubleshooting the problem, would require a step by step process of elimination. Look at the videos from VW; they show checking each section of the system for leaks, in a methodical process.
