Part ID

I came back from a run yesterday and had rough idle. Checked under the hood and found this hose a mess. Tried to pull it off the fitting, which I assume was the pcv and it flew off and disappeared into the black hole. Spent 2 hours looking and can’t find what was at the other end. It sits behind the air pum and feeds into the valve cover. Can someone please let me know what this hose is and if it does connect to the pct valve. Thanks
