Won't be that interesting to most of you, but I was able to rework the scripts I'd written to pull info onto the homepage for vb3 (which totally changes the security, database schema, and more). This was a necessary prerequisite for me building a new homepage based on the vb3 database.

Are you going to be able to filter out any Hot Topic forum entries from the recent threads and eventual front page as discussed with the new software?

I'd think they wouldn't show up by default, since they're "hidden" forums. Moderator's Hideout never showed up in the previous edition.

It's based on your memberships. If you're a member of Hot Topics, then you get Hot Topics. If not, you don't.
