a turbo S comes with the standard rear brakes that any 2.0, 1.8T, TDi has. Therefore just that Caliper will not mount up. In order to do this conversion you would need the caliper carrier, caliper, and rotor since it is vented. It is possble that you would also need the hub and lines but less likely.

YES and NO, they will bolt on, but you need the ECS spacer kit.
It contains 2 longer bolts and an aluminum spacer that's about 5mm thick.
I have the R32 rear calipers/rotors on my car.
They are the same as the TT225 rear brakes, except the calipers are blue.
The clearance around the rotor is tight, but it works fine.

ECS has it listed on the brakes page as "Spacer and Bolt kit ES#1781"
