Dose anyone know how you can change the speed that the rear spoiler opens as the uk spec opens at 80mph and I'd like to make it 40.

I believe that spoiler activation speed cannot be changed; however the switch on the underside of the drivers side dash can deploy the spoiler when desired. Have you tried that?

The only way to change it is to get the new spoiler motor from a 2002+ bug and that comes up at 48mph. You can't get it to come up at a lower speed unless you switch it manually. There is a write up in the forum somewhere on how to change out the motor and on how to make it come up only when you want it to with a switch.
