Rear window issue, convertible.

Hi, so I've got a 2005 convertible, I had to change the rear window regulator (I removed it with the glass still connected) it's all back in but the window isn't pushing up against the seal which is allowing the rain water to run down the inside.
Is there some sort of adjustment I can make to push the window against the rubber?
I've attached a picture but it's not great.
