Pic is a view of the rocker panel from underneath car showing the rubber plug.

1- How do you properly remove it?
2- How do you properly re-intall it?
3- Can plug be reused or must you replace with new?
4- Do you have to seal it it any way?
5- What happens when you remove this plug?
6- Are the rocker panels hollow inside or filled w material of some kind?

I can't find any "how to" write ups in my books/CD so far.

Thank you

1)Well you should be able to remove it with a screwdriver or better yet a fiber stick. You will have to break the seal of the undercoat from the edges, but that will happen when you try to remove it.
2) Installation is simple just push it back in, it is designed like a grommet and should have a groove that will snap into place.
3) Yes it should be reuseable.
4) Most likely not.
5) You create a hole.
6) As far as are they rocker panels hollow not sure but I would suspect so.

Now why are you wanting to remove it?

Might try to push out a dent in the bottom of my rocker panel through the hole.
