I have a 2005 Volkswagen Beetle will the seats from a 2008 fit

They’ll fit but you’ll have issues wiring your airbags. I put 2006 seats into my 1998 and also grabbed the wiring harness from donor at junkyard, not that I’ve figured it out yet. I see the colors and I know it can be sussed our, just above my abilities at this time. The issue is there’s more safety bags etc..in newer/next models.
scored these for $65 whole set at my local junkyard they had a $15 seat sale!!
