Strange turbine-like sound

Hello everyone, hope someone can help me find this new problem with my old 2002 GLS 2.0.

Since a few weeks, I can hear this rather loud turbine-like sound coming from the engine. No code and no check engine light (yet). It usually happens when engine is kind of cold and it can do this with the car idling at park. It's not related to the heater fan inside the car (still do it with fan switch off) and it's not the radiator fans either. And no air conditioning on either as it's winter. All fluids OK.

Another thing is the speed of the thing is constant regardless of engine RPM. And also it usually lasts 15 seconds, then stop. Then it can happen again once on the road, for another 15 seconds or so.

Any clue? Is there some turbine or pump sounding thing near the MAF? Seems to be coming from close to there. Again, it's rather loud sounding. Hope it's nothing serious.

Is there a secondary air injection pump in a 2.0L? Wondering if it could be that and if a failure of this thing could be dangerous to the engine. Or maybe it's not that at all.

Thanks to everyone who can help.

Sounds to me like the secondary air pump.
So is it a sign it could fail soon or it's just getting older and more noisy all of a sudden? Thanks again.
x2 sai pump

x2 I agree it sounds like the secondary air pump's rubber mounts are bad/dry rotted and the pump is vibrating against the metal support. Common problem especially with the older cars. Since you don't have a CEL my guess is your pump might still be good and no leaks.
