The fan on my 98 vw beetle isn't coming on. Is there a good way to test the temp sensor and relays? Im also going to check the #180 fuse

For the fuse, remove and inspect to make sure is isn't blown and the contacts are in good condition. Replace it and with the a/c switched on wiggle the fuse in the socket to check for bad contacts.
