I need new tires and I figure I might as well get new wheels too since my stock ones are missing the center caps and are badly scratched. I will be going from 16 in to 17 in.

Tires - I want quiet, all seasons for under $125/tire
Wheels - must be silver, fairly durable, around $100 ea

Any advice?
