You've got to get under it. Clean the fluid off, and look for the leak with the car running. On my Jetta, the trans pan gasket had failed and allowed the fluid out. Check the fill tube base, too. Remember to use the proper procedure to fill it, and, use the proper Pentosin fluid. You don't have to get it at the dealer, it just has to be the correct spec.
Transmission
My little beetle keeps dumping the Trans fluid in my driveway. I replaced the filter (which had fallen out) and the pan gasket (which looked ruptured). Ran fine for a couple days. It just dumped the fluid in the driveway again last night. Please help!
