Vacuum hose ?

I was trying to finish up speed sensor replacement when I found vacuum home going to Brake booster is all cracked . I am going to replace it but it on a T and I do not know where this other one is going or if it is even necessary to be there if not I wanna get a coupler instead of a T.
Any Ideas
