Very Un-Happy with 2014 TDI Beetle Purchase

Warning to anyone Considering a VW TDI Beetle or VW in General.
I purchased a Brand New 2014 VW TDI Beetle in November for my wife after her father passed away, Biggest Mistake we have ever made.
After the First 3 months of owning the vehicle it spent 5 weeks in the Dealership trying to have multipul issues repaired (un successfully) Dealer even had the VW District Fault/Problem Inspector come out and not be able to fit the issue.
1. GPS/Stereo Doesnt Turn on and Replaced once already (Still Not working) and VW says this is a common problem due to alot of software in these new models and we have to live with it, stereo alot of times never turns on or can take between 2 minutes to 15 minutes to turn on.
2. Drivers Side Heated Seat Not working correctly
3. Sunroof replaced under factory re-call
4. Electric Passenger window constantly not working correctly
5. Brakes Extremely Noisy (however to be fair we have driven the vehicle during winter snow and road salt may have caused this)
6. The Dash has been Damaged by VW after trying to fix the sound system and will not replace or fix the damage
Anyone Considering Buying a Vehicle from VW should seriously consider the lack of support and warranty they give to their vehicles and customers and the poor quality of vehicle they expect deliver to their customers and expect them to accept.

May I suggest contacting a lemon law attorney, instead of waging a battle against the brand?

I have a 2014, I have an occasional false Stability Control error that pops up, but my convertible has operated just fine. I also insisted on not getting a Nav unit, based on previous experience with the Nav systems. I suppose being this is my 9th or 10th VW, I'm just an informed buyer.

I love my TDIs. This is the 6th.

we have had a lemon law attorney working on it, they got paperwork back from VW yesterday saying they rejected the claim which i cannot see how that can happen, its a huge shame because my wife loves the car
Have you tried another dealership?

I also wouldn't let your experience with one car affect your opinion on all cars from this brand. Every brand has their lemons and problems.

I have the same issue with the Stability control error (glad it's not just me). I also have an issue with the driver's side window rubbing against something.

But I've owned VW bugs as long as I've owned vehicles, and I'd still hands down turn to them. '14 may have some bugs, but they're bugs. You love them, despite or including their faults.
Guess I'm just lucky

I have a 2013 TDI with 21,000 miles on him and I don't have any of these problems. True I don't have the fancy radio or a sunroof, but overall I am happy as can be with it.
