You may remember this project:

http://www.dellabarba.com/ibug/Install/Install.html

a full car PC with (homemade) motorized LCD, in a NB (of course, I would not post it here otherwise :)).

Now the same guy is doing the same thing with an Mac Mini integrating it in the dash:

http://www.mp3car.com/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=50583&page=1&pp=15

The project is way cool and inspiring. (and somehow scary: i do not know 'but ripping off all the skin from my NB  )

Very long, but with a lot of pictures and howto: worth reading.

Apple makes the iMac, but it is only one of their desktop computers, and is not a brand.

Calling it an 'iMac Mac Mini' is much like calling our cars a 'Jetta Beetle'.

Opppsss did I write "iMac Mac Mini" ?? Sorry, I should have used the "Preview" button, but I got lazy. :grovel: Sorry.

Still the project is pretty cool.

It was "From PC beetle to iMac Beetle"

Anyway, I just thought I'd point it out, a lot of people think Apple is called iMac ;)

Very cool project, but I would be worried about that Mac mini sitting in a hot car.

It got so hot here this summer that it melted the wax off of the top of my pet bamboo stick

Your... pet... bamboo stick??
Nevermind... I don't want to know.

Anyway... that guy just thinks at a different level than I do. Pure and simple. Amazing project.
