I've posted the site rules over here as an announcement. It'll be good to have it on every forum as a bit of a refresher with people moving over to the new forums. Once I have the new homepage and "rest of the site" in place I'll create a new permanent page for the rules and probably remove the announcement.

I've also moved over the rules for the Gallery area. They are announcements that will run forever in those forums only.
