Unfortunately, that picture doesn't really tell us anything because those lights always come on when you turn the key so the driver can verify that the lights themselves are not burnt out.

My next step would be to scan the car for codes. If you are lucky, the car's engine control module will give you back error code(s) that will point you to the problem.

the mechanic came yesterday and said it was just a loose wire, the car ran great but then refused to turn on and left me stranded in a store.
