The upholstery; looks to still be in good shape, I would go ahead and repair it! You can repair it with a kit; that replaces the "hinges" will a seemingly, indestructible plastic versions! If you get another one; it will most likely, just ending up breaking again (fix it right; fix it for good)!

You might as well; get the armrest lid latch as well; they are made out of a indestructible plastic, the stock ones always break!
