These Ancel BD500 codes are of a great concern.

P0727 Engine speed input circuit. No signal
P2102 Throttle actuator 'A' control motor circuit low
P0245 Turbocharger wastegate actuator 'A' low
P1027 Intake manifold air control solenoid - short to earth
P2426 EGR cooling valve control circuit low
P2108 Throttle actuator 'A' control module performance
P0670 Glow plug control module 1 control circuit/ open

Oh boy, what have we here? It got downright cold last night, wife came home and didn't plug the frost heater into the drop cord. This morning had insufficient battery strength, not enough to get the job done (the only things I ride my wife about, is shutting off lights, and forgetting to plug the car in. Simple enough, right? Arghh!)
Anyway, charged battery and fired it up. The dashboard was lit up like a casino. Hooked up the diagnostic Ancel BD500 and pulled the above codes. Not sure where to even begin. Do these codes ring a bell with anyone. Weird that all these came at once. Never seen any codes like this on this car before. Makes me wonder if it isn't just one thing wrong and that's causing problems with various other sensors. Plausible or no? Please advise. Many thanks!!!

Could be due to the low battery voltage. Things get grumpy when the battery gets low. I'd clear the codes and see if they come back.
