I have an 04 VW Beetle convertible with a 2.0 engine and an automatic transmission. There is an error code for no signal from the transmission speed sensor, and I can't find the sensor. There are several videos out there that show where other transmission speed sensors are, but I none that I have found that look the same as my 04 GLX Convertible.

Okay, going to try this again. I have a 2004 Beetle convertible with the 2.0 liter engine. The transmission is VW AG, the 6 speed automatic with the manual shifting option. The code that I am getting is P0721, Output speed sensor Circ. range/performance, implausible signal. I would like to replace the output speed sensor, but I can't locate it. In addition there are at least 3 different ones that show up in searches. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
