Do you have some history of the window regulator before you replaced it; did it work, did the regulator cables come off and get bounded up and did the window work correctly before the failure?

If you have any info on your new window regulator assembly; please post the brand part number and where you purchased it from if possible.

 

Did you plug that big multi wire plug into the motor? And seat it correctly? There is a little plastic lever that pushes down that locks it into place fully seating it.

 

Window Regulator worked correctly before it didn't. Item purchased was off eBay: Pardon Our Interruption...
The Windows Clamps move up and down correctly (w/o motor) ... goes Up smoothly(w/motor).
We tried 3 different Motors, they were fully plugged it.

 

... and switched the Control Switches... no change.

 

So the regulator goes up and down ? Did you put the window in the clamps and secure it?

 

The Regulator doesn't go Down. But it goes Down with the Motor off, and pushing on the Window Clamps. Yes, the Window is secure in the Clamps.

 

I guess need to figure out if it’s the window regulator itself; Installation error, or what’s going on. If the Newport got damaged or wasn’t installed correctly; it looks like it has a one year warranty?
