Well, another new thread; have we discussed this in a previous thread before? Making new threads, make everything out of context and we are sort of, "starting all over again", please keep things in a thread with the full history of the problem, that way we can keep things organized, knowing all the things you have done previously. Having multiple threads, adds confusion and makes things less clear. Ultimately, we want to support and help everyone we can together, hopefully, we can effectively do this by keeping everything in a semi organized way.
Here is your trouble code definition from Ross Tech:

Replace faulty Kombi Valve
I'm pretty sure, I posted this before but this video, discusses, each area of the sai system to check and confirm, that they are working. I don't want to sound like a broken record but you would need to work down the list of components and confirm, each is working as it should.
Did you watch this video and did it help you diagnose/check things?

There are a number of air injection system related video; I have posted before by Motorservice/Pierburg, which makes the system for VW.

There are also troubleshooting videos as well: maybe they might spark some ideas for you and see, how people test each component, to find the culprit:

Here is a pretty solid video; showing diagnostic process using VCDS and output tests:

Keep in mind, that a number of parts; can seem to "work" but may not be working at their needed levels (e.g. N112 "clicking" may not be working as it should, air pump with low performance, vacuum line to the kombi valve leaks, broken or not connected, etc). Using live data/output tests, can help actuate things, to see if they are working and a Mityvac style vacuum tester/gun, can help as well.
One would need to work through a process or elimination; to find the problem. i hope this helps; good luck!
