Wow, you have made a lot of progress since your last updates in 2023; is the car running and
on the road yet?

I crank the car,evrything is fine...I have a couple leaking,but and thats it.

Hope,end of this will,Ill run the car and break in the engine...

The last couple of weeks I've slowly break-in a new engine and I'm more than happy with the results..I'm still limited on 0.8bar boost and soon I'll do a proper run and full boost! The dog box,spool, and sound are amazing I can not believe that beetle can be fun and serious like that!

Can you make a video of you driving and the engine running, the exhaust sounds that would be awesome! It would be cool to hear and see your upgrade results! Have you done a Dyno test yet? Congratulations, on your project completion; it sounds like everything has turned out well and you’ve done amazing work!

ps: can you post more overall pictures of the cars bodywork and the interior work?

I'll make some videos. I plan to enjoy now and break in the engine properly!

We drop the minelar oil twice and now when I finish 450km I'll drop it again and put in fresh synthetic racing oil...



Then I'll do the map and tuning on the street and then I'll do the dyno, just to prove the numbers and see the graph.

Hey Tony, sorry for the late reply.

I used Nortech Performance 1.8t Stainless Steel Tubular Exhaust Manifold V-BAND 1.8t 20v 1.25" with downpipe and TurboSmart HypeGate 45mm GenV Wastegate 1,0 Bar .

For the muffler, I use Simons Silencer Grandonett - 89mm U458900R, and instead of CAT I use this silencer "4.5" x 20" Clamp On Stainless Steel Silencer Exhaust Box Body 3" (76mm) Bore " Pardon our interruption...
