Installed my Draw-Tite last weekend... and promptly got my bike rack stuck in the hitch receiver!!
I don't understand how it's stuck, but I'm definitely going to get some power tools to shave down the mount on the bike-rack side as soon as I can get it out.
It's kinda stuck halfway-in. The holes don't even line up enough for me to put the pin through the receiver! It's just seriously wedged in there. If I shake the bike rack, the whole car bounces. It's pretty stuck... I'm not comfortable driving around like that with an "un-pinned" bike rack hanging back there, but after 180 miles of commuting, it still hasn't popped out or even become loose.
Anyone got any bright ideas? I found quite a few posts that say to cut the mount and then cut the stub out of the receiver... but IT'S A BRAND NEW BIKE RACK!!??
